Irritation and Skin SensitivityTest ISO 10993-23

It is made to determine whether a medical device, material or chemical substance is irritating. The in vitro skin irritation test with a commercially available reconstructed human epidermis (RHE) model is designed to predict acute skin irritation of medical devices by measuring the cytotoxic effects of test substances with the MTT test. It is implemented in our company according to the ISO 10993-23 standard.
