Sterility Test ISO 11737-2

Sterility test is a qualitative test designed to detect the absence of viable microbial cells in a sterilized product. This method is based on the principle that a single microbial cell in the portion of the product transferred to the culture medium will grow geometrically provided that the conditions are optimal.
